I couldn’t wish for a better consultant. Not only is Dr Cooke a genuinely lovely person but she really does seem to care. I never feel rushed when I see her, she takes time to explain and make sure you understand what she is saying and she just makes me feel very at ease. I’m extremely grateful to have her as my consultant!

I met Dr Lisa Cooke today with my Dad, to talk about the progress of his treatment and plan future care and treatment. My Dad has previously met with Dr Cooke. Dr Cooke was welcoming and we did not feel rushed. She began by asking Dad how he was and if he had any concerns. She went on to clearly explain his results and informed us of the proposed plan of action. She was very thorough and ensured that her team provided us with all the necessary information and additional support. We were given opportunity to ask questions and give any information we felt relevant.

Went to see Dr Cooke today who went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was seen to and all worries eliminated. She was very caring and made sure that my daughter came away confident her worries had been dismissed. Can not fault her and appreciate her help today after a very stressful time .

Dr Cooke is an amazing doctor. She always has time to listen to anything we have any worries about and gives above and beyond of our "appointment time" so that we never feel rushed and feel her genuine concern for us as her patients. This care is not only for the cancer patient but also the accompanying family member. She tells it how it is and in a way that is easily understood without bombarding you with medical terminology which we might not understand.
